Certificate of Non-Impediment of Marriage

A Certificate of Non-Impediment to Marriage is issued to citizens/nationals residing in foreign countries who are desirous of getting married. This certificate is required as evidence that there is no obstacle/objection to marrying.

Certified English translations of all documents in foreign languages are required. All Original documents will be returned to the Applicant.
